Dear All,
I have been asked to post a volunteer opportunity on behalf of Labour Behind the Label. This is not specifically an Oxfam campaign/action, but I thought you might be interested anyway :)
Labour Behind the Label, the UK platform for the Clean Clothes Campaign, have been given the opportunity to send 2 volunteers to the Tolpuddle Festival, July 16th-18th as part of the Workers Beer Company bar staff. These volunteers would work 2 shifts, totalling around 10-12 hours across the 3 days. In return, they'd get free access to the festival/camping, a free car park pass and the happy knowledge they have earned over £250 each to go towards Labour Behind the Label's vital work supportung garment workers in the developing world.
BUT LBL need to fill these 2places by THIS FRIDAY!! If you'd like to go to Tolpuddle (you can find out more information about the festival at http://www.tolpuddlemartyrs.org.uk) and support a great cause, please email bee@labourbehindthelabel.org with the following information:
